Lexis Jewelry & Gifts will never use your information for any other purpose but to offer you the best possible service we can. Occasionally, you may receive e-mail updates which come directly from us. We will never sell ANY information including your e-mail address. Any information given us will never be passed on to any third party.

Your Privacy is important to us. So, you can feel assured that we will stick by our pledge to always abide by this policy.

                                                                                                                 SHIPPING

All orders are shipped USPS priority mail with confirmation (unless otherwise advised).  We use the least expensive method to ship your order.  Foreign orders are charged accordingly with the cost shipping to that country.  Perfume oil samples are shipped free of charge (in the US ) regular mail unless otherwise advised.

                                                                                                            RETURN  POLICY

For hygienic reasons perfume oils are not returnable.  Please order a sample first before ordering in large quantity if you are not sure of the fragrance.

Name-plates and name rings are not returnable.  All nameplates and name rings are made especially for you.  We don't carry an inventory.  However, if you are unhappy with your order we will make every attempt to please you.

If you are unhappy with any of our other products we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase price (less shipping and handling).  ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME  CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS RECEIVED.  Returns request must be made within 7 days of shipment.  Please call or email us first before returning any items.
